Things keep changing in the Real Estate, from prices to forms and protocal. That is why I always continue my education to keep up with the latest changes. I promise to keep myself updated and you as my client updated on all aspects.

I believe the normal functions of property search, writing an offer, inspection, escrow period, and closing should be normal. No "surprises" with closing on time.
